Onionset refers to white flesh bulbs (diameter from 10mm to 50mm), including kokari (10 - 25mm), as it is used to be called in local market, greek stifado (25 - 40mm) and larger ones called dopio (40+ mm). All of them are typical of our region and their charecteristic spicy flavor makes them special.
